  • Fast Connect is a "Utility connection" service that is free to use. We're a family owned business, helping Kiwis disconnect and reconnect utilities when changing address, without the hassle of phone queues, and repeating the same information over and over again to electricity, gas, phone, broadband and Sky providers.

    We're a one stop shop and our reputation for great service is resulting in huge growth each year. To cope with demand we're looking for two Customer Service Representatives to join our team in a Full Time or Part Time role.

    Our call centre team is the heart of our operation, providing our clients with the personal, enjoyable and friendly service that keeps business thriving.

    In this role you will be helping people move each day, liaising with both customers and a variety of service providers to ensure a smooth process for everyone involved.

    Key skills and attributes include:
    • Previous experience working in a NZ call centre
    • Strong accuracy and an eye for detail
    • Flawless written and spoken English communication
    • Confident computer skills
    • The ability to speak other languages is highly regarded but not essential
    Most importantly we're looking for real customer service stars; vibrant, happy people with the ability to truly connect with people over the phone.
