    John Andrew Ford & Mazda require an Automotive Parts Interpreter for their busy inner city Parts Department who pride themselves on exceptional customer service.

    Requirements include but are not limited to:
    • Experience in the franchise parts industry
    • Good understanding of dealership systems and processes
    • Proven record of parts and accessory sales
    • Ability to work in a busy and demanding environment
    Key responsibilities:
    • Maintaining and increasing parts sales
    • Receiving and processing orders in a timely manner
    • Servicing the parts requirements of the busy workshop and trade customers
    • Management of stock levels, location, stock taking
