We've outgrown our current premises so will be on the move to a brand new, purpose built, state of the art dealership, early 2018.
We're currently looking for a New Vehicle Sales Manager to join our team in Hamilton.
With a strong background in automotive sales management, you'll understand the importance of maximising sales and profitability, motivating a team, and will understand and display the skills and drive required to achieve the goals of the department and dealership.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
Delivering an exceptional customer experience
Motivating your team to deliver results
Setting and achieving sales targets
Maximising profitability
Sales process management
Managing vehicle stock
Monitoring and managing sales expenses
You'll need to lead by example and maintain a supportive and encouraging work environment. We're looking for someone who is capable of not only building long term relationships with staff, but with our valued customers as well.
