    • Gillespie Engineering is a medium sized company based in Penrose, operating since 1975.

    We have an exciting opportunity for a Fitter / Turner - Machinist to join our team on a full time basis.

    This position will mainly cover CNC Turning. The applicant must be able to work unsupervised and be able to do jobbing work. We have a range of Okuma CNC Lathes and also a Gildemeister Teach Lathe where full training will be provided. The successful applicant will also need to work a manual Lathe occasionally.

    All experienced Turners should apply if you are willing to learn CNC Machines. Full training will be provided.

    Working Hours will be Monday to Friday with the odd Saturday. Remuneration will be discussed with you upon successful application.
