    We are looking for a Sales Manager / Business Manager to assist in leading us into our next growth phase; we are looking for a leader to assist us in driving the company into our next growth phase & onwards into the future.

    Role reports to the Branch Manager.

    Your main responsibilities will include:
    • Leading a tight & experienced, processed driven New & Used Sales Team
    • Sales of finance and insurance products to vehicle buyers
    • Achieving Franchise & Industry standards & benchmarks
    • Maintaining acceptable credit control practices
    • Completing all relevant administrative documentation
    Given the large element of sales in this role, and you will need to be confident identifying and promoting appropriate avenues to maximize sales, as well as assisting the sales team with closing negotiations and assisting with client overflow.

    You will need to be a true professional with immaculate paperwork processes and attention to detail. It's also important that you are driven and have the energy and enthusiasm to keep up in a fast paced work environment.

    Ideally, you will be an experienced Business / Sales Manager wanting to join a proactive group that strives to set industry benchmarks across all categories.

    You will receive a competitive remuneration package which includes base + commission and company car. As we are a six day a week business you will need to be available to work weekends as per our roster.
