  • Based on Auckland's North Shore, North Harbour Ford continue to support the sales and serving needs of Ford enthusiasts. With our new "The Ford Store" opening in a matter of weeks with state of the art new facilities and technology, our passionate team are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual with exceptional Business Development and Account Management skills to work within our dedicated Ford Fleet.

    This position requires the candidate to have substantial proven experience in sales and business development. Possess great time management skills, ideally some automotive experience but not essential. The position requires that the candidate must be able to manage their time efficiently and be a highly disciplined individual towards company processes and procedures. Managing internal CRM systems to ensure no opportunities are missed is key as well as having a polished and professional attitude towards your daily tasks.

    The successful candidate will possess the following:
    • 2+ years experience in a sales or account management position
    • Strong relationships with internal and external customers
    • Intermediate computer skills
    • High attention to detail
    • Exceptional disciplines towards self-management
    • Professional personal presentation
    Additionally, the successful candidate will have a hard working customer centric focussed approach and be a genuine team player.
