The Ray White Eastern Group require a switched-on Administrator to join our busy team in the Auction office at Half Moon Bay Marina.
As the Auction Administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the auction division of Ray White Eastern Group of 6 offices. Duties include auction documentation, auction night presentation, tender documentation and presentations.
This position requires an efficient, highly organised person with strong attention to detail who is keen to assist in all areas of our group, wherever help is needed.
To succeed in the role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:
Previous Administration experience
To be confident juggling a busy schedule, and not afraid of working to deadlines
Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure with accuracy and speed
Initiative and the ability to pick up tasks quickly
Excellent verbal and written communication
Confident computer skills including Microsoft Publisher and PowerPoint
High standards of personal presentation
A professional approach to work, with the ability to liaise with salespeople across the group
The hours of this role are Monday 9am-5pm and Tues-Fri 9am -2.30 or 3pm (hours to be confirmed). You will also have the option of working every second Monday evening 6.00-9.00pm to assist with our group auction night held at Bucklands Beach Yacht Club, however this is not essential.
