Design Production has a reputation for producing top quality steel fabrications for Auckland's top Architects and Designers. We are an expanding company who specialise in a wide variety of steel fabrication including contemporary furniture and custom fabrication. We are involved with many high profile, interesting and challenging projects.
We're looking for an experienced Class 4 Driver to join our busy team, based in Penrose.
In this role you will drive a variety of vehicles including Class 1-4, vans and flat decks. Not everyday will be the same!
Our ideal candidate will have experience loading trucks with an overhead crane, and be able to chain loads down strategically, however training can be provided. It is essential that the successful candidate takes care to protect our hard work when delivering finished product to our clients.
You must have:- Professional truck driving experience
- A current class 4 drivers licence
- Experience driving manual transmission trucks
- Confident driving throughout the greater Auckland area
- Good understanding of written and spoken English
- High attention to detail
HIAB qualifications and/or experience will be a strong advantage, however this is not essential.
