We've established a brand new role for a Dispatcher / Administrator as part of our growth strategy for our Taupo branch.
This role works closely with the Taupo Branch Manager and is responsible for:
Despatching of Hiab and Crane jobs
Looking after our Drivers and Crane Operators and help them solve day to day issues
Maintaining a high level of customer service
Ensuring all electronic despatching systems are accurate and current
Monitoring the team's hours against the worktime rule and McLeod fatigue management policy
Working with the Branch Manager to plan the logistics and resources required for projects and large jobs
Processing customer invoices using the Xero accounting system
Assisting with debt collection/credit control
Processing purchase orders and approving accounts for payment by head office
This is an awesome role within a close knit, hard working team. We have big plans for this branch and want to bring someone on who is enthusiastic, self motivated and customer/people oriented. As this is a new role you'll be able to make your mark. There will be opportunity to get involved in sales and larger operational tasks.
The ideal candidate will come from a dispatch and administration background. You'll be computer literate with experience in Microsoft products, an accounting system and ideally an electronic dispatch system.
This is a full time role working 50 hours per week.
