We currently have a key role available for a passionate Service Advisor to join our service department.
Providing exceptional customer service will always be your first priority. You will have the ability and experience to understand and determine customer's needs, to make decisions and problem solve, multi task, work autonomously as well as be part of a team, all the while keeping a smile on your face and remaining calm and professional in pressure situations.
The successful candidate will:
Have a strong customer service background
Have an excellent phone manner and communication skills
Be confident with computer systems
Have good administrative skills and time management
Follow processes ensuring all the i's are dotted and t's are crossed
Be a master at multi-tasking
Have the ability to work in a fast paced and busy role
Have a can do attitude and a fun and outgoing personality
Preference will be given to candidates with automotive industry experience, however training will be provided and you will be supported by an experienced Aftersales Team.

This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday and rostered Saturday mornings.
