    Due to this continued growth we're currently seeking experienced Team Leaders to manage our Outbound Sales teams in Auckland Central.

    Our successful applicant will have:
    • Proven experience in a Call Centre environment as a Team Leader or Supervisor
    • A good understanding of the sales process, sales metrics and their relationship
    • Staff training and coaching skills
    • Experience in assessing calls, training people in products & processes, and complaint handling
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • A dedicated and driven demeanour
    • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
