We are looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our busy team. Initially this is a support role to assist an award winning Property Manager with their investment portfolio for our valued clients. Exceptional customer service will be paramount as you build relationships with our key clients and support the Property Manager. The key duties in assisting with the management of a busy portfolio will be:
Ensuring properties are being well looked after and well maintained
Developing excellent rapport with both owners and tenants
Managing your time effectively
Following best practice processes
Experience in the Property Management industry is desirable however; not essential, as full training from our experienced team will be given.
