We are currently looking for an exceptional Office Administrator to join our exciting team in high paced Millwater. Millwater is at the gateway of Hibiscus Coast and this is a modern and very busy, successful office. This is a sole charge role with the opportunity to 'make it your own'! Do you have what it takes?
In this role you will responsible for:
The accurate entering and tracking of listing and sale details in our systems
Liaising with the manager, sales team, advertising companies, suppliers and lawyers
Balancing the sales budgets with actual spending
Managing and receipting client payments
Answering the phones, greeting visitors and directing them to the right person
Handling customer enquiries, questions and concerns
General administrative duties & ensuring the office is running at maximum efficiency
We are looking for someone with previous administration experience in the real estate industry who is ready to hit the ground running in this role. However, if you have the ability to learn quickly, follow processes and systems and have the desire to achieve then let's talk!

A high standard of numerical literacy and accuracy
A flexible, proactive work ethic and the ability to multi-task
An ability to manage and balance sales & advertising budgets
A friendly, professional and approachable phone manner
To be highly organised, self-motivated and able to use initiative
A willingness to learn and take on more responsibility
Excellent computer skills
Ability to think outside the square, work well under pressure and be a team player
Understand the use of social media and digital marketing

Hours are 8.30am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday and a competitive remuneration package is offered.
