    We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager to join our wonderful Beachlands team and help take our achievements to new heights.

    The current portfolio is being left in great condition thanks to our dedicated Property Manager and we are seeking someone to continue to maintain this while focusing on new business.

    Our ideal candidate will have 1+ years property management experience or 3+ years experience in a customer service, sales or management role with the passion to excel and grow this division of our business. We're looking for someone who enjoys networking, growing and developing strong relationships, selling our service and works well as a team but also on their own.

    Other key skills and attributes include:
    • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
    • The ability to problem solve and take initiative
    • A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
    • Excellent time management
    • A full, clean NZ Drivers Licence
    • Excellent computer skills with the ability to pick up new systems and follow procedures
    • Ability to thrive in challenging situations
    • Ability to manage a small team
