    Your role would be to assist our Business Executive, Claire Morris, with the day to day functions of the company with an emphasis on growing our award winning sales and property management divisions and providing support and management to our amazing admin team.

    We are looking for an intelligent, self-motivated, well presented professional who enjoys working hard, has a high degree of working accuracy, excellent time management and organisational skills, strong administration flair and a no flustered approach to the role.

    The successful applicant will also possess:

    A super positive attitude and maturity in dealing with stressful situations. Outstanding attention to detail. Confidence, and a strong ability with technology including Google and Microsoft Office suites. The ability to prioritise your time to meet deadlines, and have excellent written and oral communication skills. A high degree of confidentiality is paramount.

    The role will encompass a range of responsibilities including but not limited to: working to deadlines, preparation and submission of local editorial articles, minutes of meetings, proof-reading, taking responsibility for day to day communication, collating/researching proposals and submissions, prepare for and run monthly admin meetings, assist with recruitment, collate and report end of month statistics, organise and assist with events and functions, and have the ability to "step up" when required.

    While full support and training in our systems will be provided, you will need to be very confident using computer software programmes and have a thirst to learn new skills.

    This is a full time position, based at our Rangiora office. Previous experience in an administration position within the real estate industry would be advantageous but not necessarily essential. Remuneration will be based in line with your level of experience and expertise.
