  • Our super administrator is leaving, which means there is a position open to become a valued member of the No 1 Barfoot & Thompson team at Epsom.

    We are a hardworking, busy office, where no two days are the same - tasks can vary from general administration duties, to liaising with clients and solicitors, to banking and organising catering, to dealing with sales and rental requests.

    As the first point of contact for our clients, customers, and visitors, you will need to have an excellent telephone manner; be well presented, with outstanding communication skills.

    Other key skills and attributes include:
    • The ability to work as part of a team
    • A friendly and positive attitude
    • High attention to detail and the ability to multitask
    • Strong administration skills with a commitment to quality work
    • The ability to manage and appropriately prioritise a large number of competing demands
    • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Campaign Track and My Desktop
    • Discretion
    • The ability to speak Mandarin and previous Real Estate experience is an advantage
    This is a full time role preferably working 8.00am to 4.30pm - Monday to Friday (negotiable for the right person).
