  • The team at Harcourts Cooper & Co are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Executive Assistant to join our award winning team.

    We are looking for a professional and personable Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our General Manager. This position requires a resilient, efficient, enthusiastic and detail oriented person that has a willingness to learn and support others. Our ideal candidate would have previous PA, EA and/or administrative experience.

    Your role will be varied, with new tasks and challenges each and everyday. You will be responsible for providing a high level of professional, efficient and effective support to the General Manager.

    Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
    • Complete monthly, quarterly and annual reports for all Cooper & Co branches/manager
    • Assist in collating and putting together company, REINZ and/or other data as required by the General Manager
    • Manage and coordinate Support office resources and office presentation
    • Managing General Managers calendar & diary
    To succeed in this role you'll need:
    • Problem Solving skills - be fast thinking and supportive
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • A bubbly, approachable and outgoing personality
    • Strong MS Office experience, particularly across both word and excel
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Exceptional organisation and time management skills
