  • Due to unprecedented growth, we have not one but two exciting opportunities available to join the teams of experienced senior sales consultants working from the Ray White Papanui office. Working as a sales associate to the senior consultant your role is to continue the growth of their Real Estate Sales and Auction businesses while maintaining the highest level of client service.

    To be a successful applicant you must have a high level of self motivation, and be a well presented real estate professional who enjoys working hard and having fun. You will have a current real estate license, a high degree of working accuracy, excellent time management and organisational skills while maintaining an unflustered approach to your role.

    The successful applicant will also possess:
    • A super positive attitude and maturity in dealing with stressful situations
    • Outstanding attention to detail, the ability to prioritise time to meet deadlines, and have excellent written and spoken English
    • Sound ability with technology and computer software
    • A current Real Estate Sales Certificate or have strong experience in the industry ready to take the next step
    • Have a great sense of humour and willingness to learn
    Based in our modern premises in Papanui, this role is full time and the successful applicants will be offered a rewarding commission based remuneration arrangement with some extra perks including a gym membership. While full support and training in our systems will be provided, along with 1 on 1 mentoring from one of the best in the business, you will need to have a thirst to learn new skills and develop your own sales business under guidance.

    The Associate role will encompass a range of responsibilities including full time selling and client management (will require weekend and evening work). In a nutshell, we are seeking a right-hand person to assist and learn every aspect of the day to day sales business.
