    Barfoot & Thompson Manurewa is currently looking for our next superstar Administrator / Receptionist to join our team.

    In this role you will be the first contact for our clients in the office or on the phone, as well as responsible for the everyday processes of receipting, invoicing and watercare management. You will work closely with the Property Management team to provide the administrative support required to keep the business running smoothly.

    We're looking for someone with a passion for customer service excellence and a belief that our customers are key to our success. Previous experience is advantageous but is not essential - what's important is a 'can-do' attitude, energy and willingness to learn!

    Other key skills and attributes include:
    • Proficient computer skills
    • Strong time management, planning and organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks under pressure
    • A quick and alert mind with the ability to adapt and be flexible
    • An outgoing personality to build positive relationships within the sales and property management team and with external contractors and clients
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with an ability to interact with our multicultural community comfortably
