Ray White Eastern Group are looking for a motivated Personal Assistant to join a high performing salesperson at one of our offices
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our Salesperson is kept up to speed by providing ongoing sales, administration and business support.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
Data entry and file maintenance
Provide administrative support as required
Client and customer care management via telephone and email
Listing and marketing campaigns and after sales programme
Social media management
Management of multiple property campaigns
You will be working within a fast-paced and sometimes pressured environment, so your efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail along with your ability to multitask will be valued in this role. There will certainly be ample variety in your role to challenge you each day.
Other essential skills and attributes include:
The ability to manage multiple schedules and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Competent computer skills
Excellent organizational skills, both analytical and problem solving, and the ability to work with confidential documents
Ability to prioritise and achieve deadlines under pressure
Experience in real estate, marketing and customer service is beneficial
This is a part time role working 9am - 1pm Monday to Friday.
