Sonoco is an international market-leading packaging organisation - our business serves a diverse range of customers across a wide variety of industries. We are currently seeking to employ a motivated, friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service / Administration Support person to join our team at our Auckland operation in Henderson.
Responsible for delivering outstanding service to our external and internal customers as well as completing a variety of administration duties such as purchasing and reception. The ideal candidate would have worked within a manufacturing environment, and raised invoices, purchase orders and other documentation in medium volumes with extreme accuracy. This person would enjoy learning new skills within a small and supportive environment and will have:
excellent communication skills;
an engaging personality to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders quickly;
strong attention to detail;
solid administration skills;
creative problem-solving skills;
be team orientated;
flexible & dependable; and
able to manage competing priorities.
A Certificate III or IV in Business Administration would be desirable, as would an advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook. A working knowledge of Navision would be advantageous, although training will be provided.
This is a part time role working approximately 6.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
