    At Ebbett Volkswagen, we're looking for a Stock Manager with VW experience to join our team.

    We focus on providing exceptional levels of service in all areas of our business and are looking for a like-minded person to join our team.

    Key responsibilities include:
    • Organising, directing and coordinating the procurement and purchasing of products and services for reconditioning of stock vehicles
    • Planning, organising, directing and coordinating services to ensure good quality product is available for sale
    • Overseeing and recording the purchase and storage of vehicles
    • Liaising with other departments regarding associated forward processes to get stock ready for sale or purchase
    • Checking and recording data of all the new stock with suppliers to meet quality and delivery requirements
    • Operating recording systems to track all movements of the new stock and ensuring all the processes are done within the time constraints
    • Determining storage and distribution for the reconditioning of stock vehicles
    • Ensuring cars are stored and transported in conditions that will maintain their quality
    • Arranging collection and delivery of vehicles
    • Coordinating activities associated with the arrival and loading of vehicles
    • When needed, liaising with clients to determine requirements and providing customers with advice and information regarding vehicles

    • Professional manner and good personal presentation
    • Strong literacy and numerical skills
    • Computer skills including working with Microsoft Excel & Word
    • Full clean driver's licence
