We require an experienced Administration & Sales Support professional to join our team in Newmarket.
In this fast paced role you'll be required to compile quotes for customers, process orders, handle customer enquiries and assist our sales team. As you'll be working with customers face to face and over the phone a confident personal presence and an excellent phone manner are essential.
The successful candidate will:
Have experience in a similar support and administration role
Have a passion for providing exceptional customer service
Be a highly motivated self-starter able to work autonomously
Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Be a quick learner with the ability to quickly immerse yourself in understanding our company products and systems
Have strong computer skills
Be a professional who readily takes on new challenges and can help deliver results
Have high attention to detail
This is a full time role.
