The Ray White Eastern Group are seeking a switched on and motivated Administration Assistant to join our team in a fixed term contract until the end of November 2021.
This is a part time role working 9am - 5pm Monday to Wednesday. You will need the be able to work Thursday and Friday to fill in at any of our branches to cover leave when required.
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring everything runs at maximum efficiency by providing administrative support with a high level of accuracy while meeting deadlines. You will need to have a positive attitude with no job being too big or too small.
We're looking for someone with previous experience in a fast paced administration support role, who is vibrant, energetic, and has the ability to relate to a wide range of people.
Other essential skills and attributes include:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
High attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in preparation and formatting of documents essential
Excellent organizational skills and time management
Ability to take direction
Ability to work well and achieve deadlines under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of Mailchimp, Spike or another email communication programme
The ability to select and develop newsletter content
High integrity and a proven ability to maintain confidentiality
The ability to prioritise workload
Previous experience in the Real Estate industry and knowledge of MyDesktop is preferred but not essential.
