    We are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team as Measure and Fit Technicians on a full time 8 month contract.

    This position will be based in Rotorua and will require travel covering the Bay of Plenty region.

    We take our role as a lead supplier to government, law enforcement, defence, correctional, security and EMS organisations seriously. For nearly 20 years we have followed advancements in protection and security equipment to ensure that the professionals who depend on us are best equipped and well informed. We have made sure that breakthrough technologies are available to our clients throughout Australasia and the Pacific and have become known as leaders for the supply of defence and security equipment.

    About the role:
    • Facilitate measuring using custom measuring tools to obtain body measurements
    • Trains and instructs on how to properly use and maintain supplied garments and gear
    • Create and exhibit a sense of ownership
    • Inputting measurements into ERP software
    • General administrative support
    • Must be able to work outside of normal business hours when required
    • Applicants must be willing to travel for periods of time within New Zealand
    • Applicant will need to be Police vetted
    Our ideal applicants will have the following skills and experience:
    • Impeccable interpersonal skills
    • Possess a personable, professional demeanour and appearance at all times
    • Organised, methodical with keen attention to detail
    • Articulate: uses clear concise diction and vocabulary. Excellent written and spoken English is a must.
    • Ability to work well in a team but be self-motivated and independent at times
    • Ability to utilize a laptop
    • Excellent grasp of Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
    • Display an enthusiastic, friendly and positive attitude
    • Ability to remain calm under pressure
    • A full clean NZ Drivers Licence
    Full training will be provided.
