  • Due to an increase in call volume over the Christmas period are looking for 2 x Casual Receptionists until Mid February.

    This role will involve:
    • Taking phone calls and directing enquiries
    • Making Service bookings
    • Outbound service marketing/booking calls
    • Greeting customers at the dealership and checking them in
    • Other tasks as required
    The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
    • Exceptional communication skills - verbal and written
    • Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite
    • Good organisation and time management skills
    • A friendly and bright personality
    • The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
    Experience in a similar Reception role is not essential, however a great attitude and communication skills is.

    These roles would ideally suit well presented articulate students and is for 40 hours per week until mid Feb 2021.
