Finance and/or insurance sales experience advantageous but not essential

This role will see you working closely with the Dealer Principal and Sales Team to coordinate the process between the sale of a vehicle and after market services, ensuring all vehicles are ready for date of delivery. This role will work closely with the sales team, parts department, service department as well as external suppliers to ensure parts and services are organised within an appropriate timeframe.
Other duties and responsibilities include:
Update logistics and tech reports
Update our website
Answer the main reception phone
Book in vehicles
Organise the movement of vehicles on and around the dealership
Service department invoicing, filing and typing
Update our databases
Prepare administration for new vehicles
Arrange vehicle repair work
Organise insurance claims
Organise work functions
Assist the Manager and Administration Manager when required
To be successful for this role you will come from an administrative background. Previous finance and insurance sales experience will be highly regarded. You will also need excellent attention to detail, have the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and have strong communication and customer service skills.
This is a part-time role working approx. 9am - 2.30pm (school hours), five days per week.
