  • The Ray White Eastern Group require a switched-on Administrator to support our busy team.

    This is a casual position and the hours of work are between 9am - 5pm. You will be required to cover leave when permanent staff are away in any of our five offices, on an as-required basis. This will include helping out when there is a work overload, or covering for holiday leave blocks of 1 or 2 days to a full week or more, for which there will be plenty of notice. You will also be required to be on-call to cover if we have an administrator sick on any given day, although this is minimal. It is also essential that applicants be available to cover for staff during the school holidays as this is when most leave is taken.

    You will be responsible for providing support to our experienced real estate team with various day to day administration duties.

    The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
    • Excellent computer, publishing and people skills
    • Ability to work unsupervised & display initiative
    • Excellent written and verbal English
    • A can-do attitude
    Previous experience working in the Real Estate industry would be an advantage but is not essential.
