We're currently looking for a motivated Office Administrator to join our Dunedin team.
This position plays a critical role in the day to day running of a busy and successful team and you will be the front face of our organisation responsible for reception and general administration. Reporting to our branch manager, and working alongside him in ensuring the overall effectiveness and smooth running of our office.
Our ideal applicant will have experience working in a similar administration / reception role, as well as proven ability to use initiative, work proactively and strive for excellence in all areas of work.
Other essential skills and attributes include:
Confident computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
Excellent communication, written and verbal
The ability to face every challenge with a positive attitude
Strong time management and high attention to detail
A bright, bubbly personality, a positive attitude and friendly disposition
A strong and confident management ability
Graphic art or desktop publishing skills are a distinct advantage but not essential.
For the right person, we can be flexible around start dates - You may choose to start immediately, this side of Christmas or in early January 2021.
You will be juggling multiple priorities so there will certainly be ample variety in your role to challenge you each day.
