About the opportunity: The Group Business Manager is responsible for the overall management and daily running of the Business Office and its team. You will be a key member of the Manukau Toyota Group management team and play an important part in the creation and implementation of strategies that will assist to achieve the overall goals and targets of the dealership group.
2+ years' experience in a leadership position with strong motivational and coaching ability
Knowledge of Finance, Insurance and all other dealership aftermarket products
In depth knowledge of Finance Compliance & Legislation including but not limited to: - Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003 (CCCFA) - Personal Property Securities Act 1999 (PPSR) - Privacy Act 1993 - Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism Act 2009 (AML)
A high level of professionalism with the ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of people
The ability to maintain good working relationships with all dealership staff (Sales/Service/Admin) and key strategic partners of the dealership (TFS, TNZ)
Strong analytical skills, the ability to prioritize, multitask, and focus on detail
Sound computer skills and the willingness to learn new systems and processes
