Barfoot & Thompson Support Centre is looking for a full-time Auction Administrator to join our team starting in January 2021.
In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company's Auction Department, with particular emphasis on preparation for and facilitation of in-house auction sessions. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Creating orders of sale and auction presentations
Scribing at in-house auctions
Working closely alongside the Auction Administration Manager
Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in an administration role, great people skills, a positive approach to their work and the ability to cope with pressure and remain calm and professional throughout the day.
Other key skills and attributes include:
High level of accuracy when working with figures
Proficiency in Google applications
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to use initiative and work proactively
Thorough with excellent attention to detail
Exceptional time management
Strong organisational skills with a methodical approach to tasks
A background in Real Estate Sales or Administration is desirable
