4 days, 34 - 36 hours per week
Drury Surgery is a busy, family friendly; cornerstone accredited teaching practice with over 30 years standing in the Drury community. Recently we joined our practice with Green Cross Health and The Doctors medical centres New Zealand's leading general practice provider.

We are looking for a self motivated Registered Nurse to join our busy team on a 10 month maternity leave contract (March 2021 to December 2021).
You will enjoy working in a supportive, friendly environment which focuses on a holistic patient centred model of care.
Our ideal applicant will have:
Primary care nursing experience
Current Practicing Certificate and CPR certificate
Current vaccinator certificate
IV Cannulation experience
Smear Taker registration
Ability to provide telephone triage
A familiarity with Practice Management System MedTech 32
Demonstrate your commitment to working in a busy primary health care team:

Excellent understanding of patient confidentiality & infection control
Exceptional listener and communicator
You will be efficient and accurate with your record keeping and administration work.

We are looking for this position to commence early March. In this role you will be required to work four days per week Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8am - 5pm or 5.30pm (34 or 36 hours).
