An rare opportunity has arisen for a Service Advisor to join our team to help further enhance our customer experience. This is an exciting role involving all aspects of our aftersales operations. The main purpose of this job is to create a customer first experience for every customer.
Plus:
Accurately booking service and repair appointments
Quotations, costing and invoice completion
Liaising between our Workshop Technicians and customers ensuring they are kept well informed of their vehicles progress during service and/or repair
Assisting the Service Manager
Requirements:
A sound knowledge & understanding of automotive servicing and repair would be helpful
Excellent communication skills along with computer skills
Strong customer service focus along with a high level of personal presentation
Great time management skills
A Full clean driver's licence.
