Poised for further growth, we are looking for an experienced Intermediate to Senior Administration Manager to join our friendly team.

    The Role

    The successful applicant will be in the Dealership Management team,supported by our Group Financial Controller. In this role you will manage both the financial and administration functions of the business. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
    • Lead, manage and coach our small team to desired outcomes
    • Oversee and guide the delivery of financial and administrative needs for the business
    • Drive continuous improvements for all financial activities in the business
    • Identify business administration needs
    • Allocate work to the team and support them in the delivery
    • Performance and training planning for all team members
    • Identify staffing needs for the team and facilitate recruitment of team members
    The Person

    We are looking for a vibrant, enthusiastic person who is passionate about Financial Management.

    Ideally you will come from a finance background and have a solid understanding of how business works and the part that finance and admin plays in that success. You will also be confident leading an established team and will be able to positively drive productivity through smart process improvement and utilization of resource.

    Skills and Experience:
    • Accounting skills and experience (part or fully qualified)
    • 4-5 years in a similar role
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft suite
    • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
    • Understanding of financial statements, GL functions, Debtors, Creditor and reconciliations
    • Strong communication skills and a solutions focused approach
    • Ability to develop, implement and prioritize plans
    • Preferable Franchised Motor Vehicle Dealership DMS
