Join the Tile Warehouse team in Whangarei
Reporting to the National Retail Manager, you will be responsible for all operational and financial outcomes for the branch. You will know how to provide exceptional and inspirational design assistance. Key Responsibilities:
Consulting with clients in our showroom creating individual tile design concepts
Working closely with key account holders to build and foster growing relationships
Proactively seeking out new business at every opportunity
Assisting, Coaching, and Mentoring the team to achieve sales/profit targets
Ensuring the showroom continues to create an inspirational space for our customers
Show your networking skills and impress clients with our selection of high quality 'ín-demand' products
As this is very much a sales driven role, we are looking for a person with a passion for sales and driving for success. You will also need to have a genuine passion for design and colour.
Skills and Experience:
Experience in a large format tile retail business (or very similar business) is preferred.
Interior Design qualification/background is an advantage
Must be able to demand excellence in a supportive way
Able to identify and develop strategy for a variety of customer groups and build relationships for the long term
Accuracy and great attention to detail
Computer literacy and quick uptake on systems
Great communication skills - written & verbal
Must be adaptable, reliable and most importantly, have a can-do attitude!
This is a Full Time permanent position working a minimum of 40 hours per week Tuesday - Saturday.
