We're currently looking for an enthusiastic Service Receptionist to join our dynamic team in Napier.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll be responsible for all Service Department administrative systems and procedures including; customer bookings and enquiries, service invoicing and performance reporting.
Our ideal applicant will have proven experience in a similar reception or administration role, automotive experience would be advantageous.
You will also need to have:
Excellent customer handling skills
Outstanding organisation and time management skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
The ability to cope under pressure
Confidence on a computer - able to pick up new systems.
