We are looking for an experienced customer service and sales superstar to join our awesome team at Tall Poppy Head Office based on the Kapiti Coast.
Reporting to the Customer Performance Manager, the key focus of this role is to provide exceptional customer service, sales and administration support to Sales Consultants and Franchise Owners nationwide.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Customer Service
Sales
Office administration
Listing management (Salesforce / PropertySuite)
Marketing & design support
Database management
This role would be perfect for someone well-versed in the real estate industry or experienced in customer service, sales and administration.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Strong experience in customer service and administration
Sales and relationship management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and work under pressure
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Real Estate knowledge and PropertySuite or Salesforce experience would be an advantage but not essential.
