Miles Continental is the largest South Island vehicle dealer for Volkswagen and ŠKODA.
We are part of the Miles Group which operates throughout New Zealand.
We are seeking to employ a Service Advisor that can exceed our customers' expectations. This is a full time position and you will be joining a young, exciting team with the experience required to help you settle in.
The Role This is a fast paced customer based role that may suit a school/tertiary education leaver, or someone who is looking for a change from their current working environment.
The role sees you managing the customers' needs, from booking in their vehicles by phone and email, receiving the customer into the dealership, invoicing and creating a great environment for the customer throughout the day.
Requirements to Succeed:
Excellent data entry skills.
Attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
Excellent communication both verbally and in written format.
Possesses the ability to multi-task and to see a task to its conclusion.
Able to have fun in a busy environment
A high standard of personal presentation
