Johnston Ebbett is part of the Ebbett Group - a trusted name in the automotive industry since 1928. We're locally owned and operated and are proud of our KIA, Holden & HSV dealerships in both Wellington and Porirua.
We are currently looking for a Service Advisor to join our team operating out of our Wellington dealership.
Our ideal candidate will have proven success as a Service Advisor or in Sales, or Customer Service, or Hospitality. Delivering an exceptional customer experience is what matters in this role.
It is important however, that you have the following:
Sales and customer service skills
Effective communication skills - written and verbal
The ability to work in a team environment
A high level of personal presentation
A reasonable understanding of invoicing sales & service
Confidence in presenting solution that involve products and services
The main focus of this role is to provide an exceptional customer experience. This is achieved by adding value to the products and service you will be providing. This role requires effective customer follow up and attention to detail whether it is an external or internal customer.
This is a full time position working Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm.
