  • At LJ Hooker Howick, people come first, second and third. We are currently looking for a motivated Office Administrator / Personal Assistant to join our team starting in late January 2021.

    This is an important and multifaceted role where you will be responsible for both office based and field activities, including but not limited to:
    • Handling all client and customer enquiries
    • A wide range of administration support duties
    • Advertising and marketing
    • Ensuring the overall effectiveness and smooth running of our office
    • Pre-settlement inspections
    • Errands
    We are looking for someone with previous experience in a fast paced administration support role, who is exceptionally customer centric, has a "no job too small" attitude and a positive demeanour.

    You'll also need to have strong social media and marketing skills and be well versed in InDesign and other digital mediums.

    Ideally you will have previous experience in the Real Estate industry, however if you have strong attention to detail and follow processes and systems, we want to hear from you!

    This is a part time role where you will be working 25 hours per week - 2 full days (8:30am - 5pm) and 2 half days (9am - 2:30pm).
