  • The Ray White Eastern Group require a switched-on Administrator to join our busy team at Half Moon Bay Marina.

    As the Auction Administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the auction division of Ray White Eastern Group of 6 offices. Duties include auction documentation, auction night presentation, tender documentation and presentations.

    This position requires an efficient, highly organised person who is confident working sole charge and is keen to assist in all areas of our group, wherever help is needed.

    To succeed in the role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:
    • 3+ years Administration experience
    • To be confident juggling a busy schedule
    • An ability to work independently and complete tasks to deadlines without direct supervision
    • Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure with accuracy and speed
    • Initiative and the ability to pick up tasks quickly
    • Excellent verbal and written communication
    • Confident computer skills including Microsoft Publisher and PowerPoint
    • High standards of personal presentation
    • A professional approach to work, with the ability to liaise with salespeople across the group
    This role will suit someone who loves working at a fast pace and who can effectively juggle a number of tasks at any one time.

    This is a part time role working 9am - 5pm Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The ability to work Monday and Tuesday as required to fill in at any of our other branches to cover leave or work overflow would be an advantage.
