Hawkes Bay Office Products Depot is part of a thriving NZ company. We have a long-standing team with many years experience in the office products industry.
We have a rare opportunity for a Branch Manager to join our fantastic team in Hawkes Bay. This is a hands on role that will require you to complete both management, sales and operational duties.
Key aspects of this role include:- Reach performance objectives
- Reporting to General Manager
- Motivation, training and management of staff to achieve sales and performance objectives
- Target setting and monitoring our sales rep & shop staff
- Implementation of management systems
- Adherence to, and enforcement of company procedure and policy protocols
- Adherence to budgetary expenditure constraints
- Conduct annual staff performance appraisals
In this management position, you'll also be required to open and close the shop at times, assist with sales, and to roll your sleeves up and help the sales and operational team when required, in order to maintain our high standards of customer service.
We're looking for someone that has excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, someone that has a strong Sales focus, including an element of Business Development and Key Account Management skills.
