The Ray White Eastern Group require a switched-on Administrator to join the busy team in the auction division at Howick Head Office.
This position plays a critical role in the day to day running of the auction division of Ray White Eastern Group servicing our 6 offices. Attention to detail is essential as the composition of auction documentation forms a major part of this role.
This position requires a highly organised person, who can work autonomously, monitor workflow and provide efficient output of documentation within the expected timeframes.
To succeed in the role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:
Previous Administration experience
To be confident juggling a busy schedule, and not afraid of working to deadlines
Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure with accuracy and speed
Initiative and the ability to pick up tasks quickly
Excellent verbal and written communication
Confident computer skills and able to pick up systems quickly
High standards of personal presentation
A professional approach to work, with the ability to liaise with salespeople across the group
This is a full time role working 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. You will also have the option of working every second Monday evening 6.00-9.00pm to assist with our group auction night held at Bucklands Beach Yacht Club, however this is not essential.
