We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Performance Sales Manager to join our growing company and provide full support to our sales team.
Working across our North Canterbury and Christchurch based businesses, this is a full time position. It would ideally suit a person with a strong Real Estate background, a full REAA license and the passion to take our sales team to new heights.

Key responsibilities include:
Leadership and the ability to take responsibility for projects as they arise
Coaching and mentoring
Recruitment, induction and team building
Supporting our many community sponsorships and activities
Training and personal development of the sales team
Personal traits and skills:
The ability to analyse, develop strategies and ideas, and implement change when required
Demonstrate a personal commitment to accuracy, quality and continuous improvement
Strong knowledge of industry regulations and compliance obligations
Sets high goals for self and team members
Excellent time management skills and able to work under pressure
Utilise appropriate interpersonal styles and methods to guide team members to achieve to their best ability and beyond
Sound business awareness
Confident with technology and using social media as a business tool
