At Handle Solutions Ltd, we're a distributor of hardware for windows and doors.
We're looking for a competitive retail Sales Assistant to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. Duties will include selling, working with Group Home Builders and general shop responsibilities.
To be successful you will need experience in selling door hardware at a retail level in order to provide Door Hardware knowledge to help our customers in the shop.
Other responsibilities include:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Ascertain customers' needs and wants
Recommend and display items that match customer needs
Welcome and greet customers
Manage point-of-sale processes
Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments
Keep up to date with product information
Accurately describe product features and benefits
Follow all companies policies and procedures
Doing take offs for Group Home Builders
The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company's growth and revenue through sales maximisation.
Skills and attributes required:
Experience operating a retail software system
A strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Proficiency in English
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service focus
Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
Basic administration skills
Ability to have a laugh while achieving a productive day
We have full time or part time hours available. You will be required to work every second Saturday 9:00am - 2:00pm.
