    • Due to one of our team members relocating out of Auckland, a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join Barfoot & Thompson's New Lynn team, awarded Number 1 West Auckland Property Management office 2016-2020.

    As a Property Portfolio Manager, with the support of a highly skilled & experienced management and a friendly close-knit team as, you will be looking after your own set of tenants/landlords/ residential properties.

    Your proven track record, practical experience and knowledge in residential property management will be highly regarded. This is a good portfolio for a seasoned Portfolio Manager to ease into or an ambitious Assistant to grow into however we will absolutely consider training someone eager who is a quick learner with the right attitude and work ethic into a portfolio management superstar if they are new to the industry.

    Each day offers an abundance of variety, with responsibilities that are wide-covered. Your key ones are maintaining and building strong, loyal relationships, solution providing, property inspections, organising maintenance, advertising, viewings and tenant selection.
