At Carpet Court, we're looking for highly motivated Sales Consultants that will continue to grow our residential flooring sales in Auckland. We currently have opportunities at our Newmarket and Mt Wellington stores.
In return we will offer a competitive base salary with the potential to earn uncapped commission and access to the company car for business use.
In this role your main focus will of course be building strong customer relationships and selling a diverse range of flooring solutions to our customer base. You will preferably have a background in the flooring or building / construction industry (or a closely related field). You will ideally have strong track record in achieving sales, however we are still open to seeing motivated sales people that are keen to learn.
Key Requirements:
A strong background in sales
Ability to build rapport with a wide range of people
Understanding of the flooring industry (desirable) or experience selling trade based products
Strong customer focus with the ability to take customers on a journey
Excellent interpersonal ability with strong relationship management
