At Ebbett Toyota, we require a professional Customer Liaison Administrator to join our team in Hamilton.
This role has a strong hospitality focus. Reporting to the General Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a hospitable welcome experience for all guests who visit our Store. This will include proactively greeting all customers on arrival, ascertaining their needs and introducing them to the individual that can best serve their needs.
Other duties and responsibilities include:
Keeping an up to date daily appointments list
Answering and monitoring incoming calls
Offering to park guest's cars
Cafe cover when the Barista is on breaks or leave
Sales Administration
NZTA transactions and journals
Banking and processing over the counter cash transactions
Previous automotive industry experience would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
