We currently have an opportunity available for a Relocation Co-ordinator to join our team based in Christchurch.
Main duties will include:
Dealing with customer enquiries whether local, national or international
Supporting and working alongside our Relocation Specialist
Liaising with the Operations Department on available resources
Providing quotations and following through to invoicing
Adhoc office duties as required
We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You'll also need exceptional communication skills and multi-tasking ability (typing whilst speaking to customers over the phone).
Our successful applicant will have:
Strong computer literacy and fast typing / keyboard skills
A clean full drivers licence
A positive can-do attitude
Ability to multi-task and attention to detail
Problem solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
RESPECT! You'll be dealing with people's precious belongings
Excellent written and verbal communication
Great interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to work as part of a small team and unsupervised
