About the role
We are looking for an experienced real estate practitioner with a passion for real estate to join our team. Reporting to the HNZ Chief Operations Officer you will be responsible for supporting the New Zealand network in the delivery and provision of coaching services and resources throughout New Zealand.
In this role, you will be responsible for:- Developing and executing training
- Supporting and facilitating training / coaching requirements as required by business owners
- Supporting the recruitment strategy and identifying opportunities
- Supporting Harcourts National Academy training and Industry training
- Promoting Academy Programmes to Team Harcourts and meeting KPIs
- Complying with and promoting Harcourts' Values and culture within the Harcourts network.
Skills and experience required:- Real Estate knowledge and experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Leadership skills
- A current Real Estate Sales Certificate
